how to convert AVI video files to vob (DVD File format)???????

Are you going to burn it to a DVD?

If so, just burn the AVIs with Nero by selecting Video DVD from the options, once its written, the files will automatically be converted to VOB .

No it wont work....I can only add bup,vob and ifo files types in Nero

Really? what version of Nero u using...? Nero 8 Vision supports following formats for DVDs
