Machan, ask from the HR department "what is our employer number which we had obtained from the labour department and what is my EPF/ ETF number?"

If the HR provides you with the "employer number" and the "employee (EPF/ETF) number" call and give the numbers to the labour department and ask whether your B card is registered in their systems.

If the HR department is reluctant to give you the details, especially the "employer number," then there is a possibility that your B card is not registered in the labour department.

By the way, did you receive any ETF (annual) or EPF (bi annual) statements?

B Card එකේ එන්න දෙයක් නෑනේ. Form එක පුරවනකොට එකේ B card එකත් පුරවනවා. Company එකෙන් අයින් වෙනකොට තමයි B card එක දෙන්නෙ. EPF form එකක් fill කරා කියලා දන්නවනං ප්‍රශ්නයක් නෑ. නැත්තං HR එකෙන් අහන්න කියපං. අනිත් එක annual statement එකක් දෙන්නත් ඕනෙ. එහෙමවෙලා නැත්තං EPF එකේ හරියට register වෙලා නෑ. නැත්තං කරලා නෑ.

උබ අස් වෙලා නැතිනම් මේවා එකක් වත් කරන්න අමරුය්. මොකද company එකට විරුද්දව ඇක්ෂන් තමා ගන්න වෙන්නේ

එත් B-card එක company එකෙන් රේගිස්ටර් කරන්න කලින් නැති වෙලානම් ලේසිය්. අයෙ පුරෝලා register කරන්න තියෙන්නේ.


සමහර පිළිවෙලට කරන්නේ නැති company වල බ-card එක පුරවන්නේ මිනිහ අයින් වෙනකොට. එතකන් මාසේ ගානේ එකම EPF නම්බර් එකට මාසික payment කරනවා. ලේබර් dept එක අර ගෙවපු paymnts company එකෙන් දුන්න නුම්බෙර් එකට කරලා තියනවා. register කරන දවසට තමා සම්පුර්න වෙන්නේ. (මේක ඇත්තටම වෙනවා)

ඉතින් register කරන්න කලින් නම්, ප්‍රශ්නයක් නෑ අයෙ පුරෝලා දන්නා තියෙන්නේ. එකම දේ එකම EPF + Employer number එකක් maintain කරන එක

register කරාට පස්සේ නම් ලෝක ලෙඩක් තමා. එකට ඇක්ෂන් ගන්න වෙන්නේ නම් අයින් උනාට පස්සේ. මොකද company එකට, එක handle කරපු එක්කෙනාට ලොකු case එකක්


eth nathi une ලේබර් dept එකෙන් නම් කියන්න දන්නේ නෑ. එත් උන් අයෙ එකක් පුරෝලා අර කලින් කී විදිහට කරවය්
