I always communicate with the seller and tray to solve the problem. Depend on how they respond and solution I give them either postive/ negative or neutral review.Very recently I got brand new ssd enclosure and it worked 2 days and stopped working. Seller was helpful and offered me refund or replacement or alternative item. I choose different brand and everything sorted within 1 week. Not ideal but that's the way it is. Gave seller postive review and negative review to faulty item.</blockquote>
