Unfortunately forming cults/sects (possibly with extremist views) is seen in many religions (including Buddhism, Chritianity, Islam, etc.)... Usually those forming these 'newer versions' do not lead pure lives (like Buddha, Jesus or Prophet Mohamed...)It's unfortunate to see people following the views of those distorting the religions, without judging how suitable those people are to lead...
