   EARTH 2160 is the official sequel of the award winning, very popular 
   and top selling EARTH series and continues the brand of Earth 2140 and 
   Earth 2150. Only a few thousand humans managed to escape from the Earth 
   before its collapse in 2150 A.D. They spent the next few years on the 
   terra forming of the red planet, developing new technologies and 
   building up new civilisations. Somehow each of the three fractions 
   "Eurasian Dynasty", "United Civilised States" and "Lunar Corporation" 
   did this independently and separately from each other - but in the year 
   2160 something strange happens in this new world. If ED, UCS and LC 
   join forces or continue their old war against each other - is possibly 
   now, up to the player.

   First they didn't find out that the phone activation code is made by 
   the used hardware. None of their keys work, even in the nfo fix! Second 
   they forgot to test it on PCs that use different languages. We did and 
   found out that there is a location check. Our release works on all

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Harry's third year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is beset by Sirius Black, the murderous wizard who is said to have betrayed Harry's parents to their deaths at the hands of the evil Lord Voldemort. Having recently escaped from the wizard prison Azkaban, Black is hot on young Harry's trail and presumably looking to finish the job he started more than a decade earlier. Of course, there's a lot more to the story than that, as anyone who has read the book or seen the movie can attest, although the game glosses over most of the major plot details in favor of playable sequences that aren't in the original storyline. The game feels like a companion piece to the book or film, as if you're expected to have gone through one or the other prior to playing the game--and presumably, just about anybody who's going to play this game already has.

Code: Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is a Star Wars first- and third-person action game released in September 2003. It was developed by Raven Software and published, distributed and marketed by LucasArts in North America and by Activision in the rest of the world.

The game is powered by the same version of the Quake III: Team Arena engine used in its predecessor, Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, containing Jedi Knight II's modifications to the Quake code to give a third-person view and new lightsaber effects. The player can modify the character's gender and appearance, and can construct a lightsaber by choosing the hilt style and blade color. After completing certain objectives, different saber and combat styles become available.

The player takes the role of Jaden Korr, a new student arriving at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy on Yavin IV. Jaden, along with fellow student Rosh Penin, becomes an apprentice to Kyle Katarn. As an apprentice, the player is dispatched on various peace-keeping missions across the galaxy, many of which involve battling the Disciples of Ragnos Sith cult who are stealing Force energy from Force-rich locations across the galaxy. The player learns that the cult is lead by Tavion, the former apprentice of Kyle's nemesis Desann from Jedi Outcast. Seeking revenge against Kyle, Tavion has recovered a Sith artifact -- the Scepter Of Ragnos -- which has the power to drain and release Force energy. Seeking to restore the Sith and destroy the Jedi, Tavion plans to resurrect the ancient Sith Lord Marka Ragnos by fueling his long dead body with a massive concentration of stolen Force energy.

The story has two different endings, depending on which side of the Force the player chooses. After learning that Rosh has betrayed the Jedi and joined Tavion, the player can choose between killing him (and thus turning to the dark side) or letting him live (and staying on the light side). If the player follows the dark side, Jaden kills Rosh but refuses to join the Sith or help resurrect Marka Ragnos. Jaden kills Tavion to steal the power of the Scepter of Ragnos and embarks on a campaign of conquest. On the light path, Kyle and Jaden rescue Rosh. Jaden heads to the Tomb of Ragnos to confront Tavion, whose body has been possessed by Ragnos' ghost. Jaden destroys the Scepter, banishing Ragnos' spirit back into its tomb.

Code: ...The fundamentals of the Age of Empires II engine are so intact in Star Wars: Galactic
Battlegrounds that veterans of that game can jump right in with barely a glance at the
manual. So many elements are almost identical--the interface, the resource management, the
upgradeable units, and the unit balance, for starters. The four tech levels are analogous to
Age of Kings' four ages. The six sides in Galactic Battlegrounds are the equivalent of the
civilizations in Age of Kings, each with minor differences. For instance, in the Age of
Kings, the Turks collect gold a little faster, and in Galactic Battlegrounds, the Royal
Naboo collect nova crystals a little faster. In the expansion to Age of Empires II, the Huns
don't have to build houses, and in Galactic Battlegrounds, the Trade Federation doesn't
have to build prefab shelters. As in Age of Kings, in Battlegrounds, each side can build a
unique unit. For instance, in Age of Kings, the Teutons get Teutonic knights, and in
Galactic Battlegrounds, the Galactic Empire gets dark troopers. Although each side in
Battlegrounds has unique graphics for its units and structures, they're all functionally
the same. In Age of Kings, each side's infantry, cavalry, archers, and siege engines have
the same basic stats, and in Galactic Battlegrounds, each side's troopers, mechs, heavy
weapons, and aircraft have the same basic stats. All the units can be upgraded. In Age of
Kings, a militia upgrades to a man-at-arms, then to a long swordsman, then to a two-handed
swordsman, and finally to a champion. In Galactic Battlegrounds, a trooper recruit upgrades
to a trooper, then to a heavy trooper, and finally to a repeater trooper. There are minor
exceptions. In Age of Kings, the Persians don't get champions, and in Galactic
Battlegrounds, the Trade Federation doesn't get repeater troopers...

In Dungeon Siege II players return to land of Aranna, to take the role of a simple mercenary who is forced to take up arms for a higher cause -- the defense of humanity itself. This hero may eventually be joined by up to five other adventurers. Together, the party travels the land to save it from an almost certain doom. Players have more choices as they develop their characters in the sequel, choosing from a selection of new hero powers instead of automatically building up the most-used skills. These new abilities are designed to give them a fighting chance against the sequel's more powerful enemies, which are directed by improved artificial intelligence. Many other favorite features from the original are reprised and enhanced in Dungeon Siege II as well. The pack mule is once again available, to help heroes haul their loot, but the party can also choose from other available support creatures, both magical and mundane, each offering distinct benefits.

The plot of Dungeon Siege II involves legends of an ancient time, when primordial magic was first unleashed in the world, through a deadly struggle between old, near-forgotten gods. Now it seems that an heir to these old gods is awakening, and soon may reclaim the errant magic of the world for itself, using it to destroy any who would stand in the way of its conquest. Storytelling elements are more prominent in the sequel, as player characters encounter lore-laden NPCs, important landmarks, and many other opportunities to learn about the culture and history of the fantasy world. However, the main focus of Dungeon Siege II remains on the efficient, fast-paced, hack-and-slash combat that won many fans for the original game.

Gas Powered Games head Chris Taylor is known for creating games that refine established playing styles while revolutionizing technical presentation. His work at Cavedog Entertainment was instrumental in producing Total Annihilation, generally considered to be the first fully 3D real-time strategy game, and Gas Powered Games' original Dungeon Siege placed familiar, Diablo-style isometric action role-playing in a 3D game world brought to life with graphics of an unrivaled quality for their time. Dungeon Siege II is intended to continue this custom. Along with the classically styled gameplay and new features it offers, the sequel runs on an advanced version of the game engine that's designed to produce contemporarily cutting-edge graphics and fluid, in-game cut scenes.
