Best HSPA Package in Sri Lanka

In Sri Lanka, we have 3 HSPA service providers. Out of them, 2 providing unlimited broadband packages(Dialog and Airtel). FUP(fair usage policy) is the problem of Dialog. otherwise it is the best HSPA Connection from Speed and other Value added services. Im getting 1.2-1.6mbps average download speed from dialog.

Mobitel is the fastest of all. getting 1.6-2.0mpbs (sometimes 2+). but they dont offer any unlimited packages to customers.

So my friends, do u know the actual download speed of Airtel?? coz i got something around 250-450kbps download speed. thats sooo... slow when comparing to the other service providers.

If you are a Airtel HSPA user, may i know the details about your download and upload speed (specially download)??

Airtel 1500. dialog also 1500 for university ( also ALIIT, APPIT amd etc). what about the Airtel speed???

May i know the Reason for saying "Mobitel"??

Don't buy dialog HSDPA!

yes! Oya FUP eka netham dialog is the best!

DISADVANTAGES OF DIALOG BROADBAND

1. Expensive (LKR 2990/= w/o tax)
2.Maximum speed 1.4Mbps (not stable for 95% of time)
3.Fair Use Policy After 6GB usage speed will be 64 Kbps.
4.Poor indoor coverage even in major cities
5.Connection got froze sometimes.

ADVANTAGES OF AIRTEL BROADBAND
1. Reasonable price (LkR 1499/= w/o tax)
2. Maximum speed 1.6Mbps (stable for 75% of time)
3. No Fair use policy
4. Very good indoor reception in major cities
5. Good performance 24X7

Still not, But, I think they might introduce one, Because mobitel always change their tariff plan! He..He..

Well, I checked a Airtel speed at Borelesgamuwa, I got around 200KB/s! That's around 1.6mb/s
