There are 2 technologies  currently using here in Srilanks, HSDPA and HSUPA. HSDAPA's maximum uplink speed is 384kbps, therefore to reach more than that you have to use HSUPA. Currently Dialog is not offering HSUPA, it's only HSDPA(Airtel also). But Mobitel offers HSUPA, with it u can reach upto 1.9mbps uplink speed.ok lets get into the topic, about your test result.It's upload speed shows near 700kbps, how come that happen?1. speedtest has failed, some sort of a problem with speedtest.net or2. simply it's not a result of Dialog HSPA(as you are an employee at Dialog, it may be taken from inside network or of from another connection ) even Dialog has published the upload speed as 384kbps.
