Best Wireless Broadband Connection

Guys I need to buy a USB Broadband Dongle connection, but I'm not sure which one is the best.

It is for mid-level surfing; to facebook, watch videos on youtube, and maybe download and upload videos once in a while.

2GB Limit is alright, but which is the best network with the best speeds and coverage?

Well I have an ADSL connection for major things, so this is for light use with my laptop.
