Beware BioSolv Drain Septic Tank cleaner is totally useless!

So I purchased this BioSolv cos its heavily promoted on social media these days as a septic tank cleaner and drain pipe unblocker using natural biological bacteria to eat away and unblock drains.
So I poured it in my kitchen drain and its totally useless. Didn't unblock anything.
