I am not sure if the same person doing it. But as i see some new comers to the web doing it. Coz the spamming and the web pages they design are so lame. They just aiming only money from adsense. May be don't even know how to write a proper article or post a picture in blogger.They dont know spamming to every address they can find and posting in public forums will not drive any traffic or money from adsense. Becuase the content inside the blog is sooo poor.</blockquote>
