Beware of money scammers

I found this from internet..

I have few questions to ask:

It says the seminar is conducted by google, Yahoo, and microsoft.... to my best knowledge even google adsense don't have any clients from country to country to promote their business.

It says that its a fully government sponsored one... do the govt aware of this? probably not...

They offer a Dialog broadband package for each participant for an affordable price.... then you can buy dialog broadband from them instead of the owners... does Dialog administration is aware of it...

Finally I have to ask that is this another scam like we experienced recently...

I am not sure what they are teaching may be something good.

Anyway i am getting spam from tons of srilankan people creating a single page site using blogger with adsense on it and spamming it to all the email address they can find. I am not sure if the same person doing it. But as i see some new comers to the web doing it. Coz the spamming and the web pages they design are so lame. They just aiming only money from adsense. May be don't even know how to write a proper article or post a picture in blogger.

They dont know spamming to every address they can find and posting in public forums will not drive any traffic or money from adsense. Becuase the content inside the blog is sooo poor.
