Family members of slain Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra today said they were not satisfied about the on going investigations about the killing.
Asela Premachandra, brother of Bharatha told a news conference in Colombo today that though the CID had said that they were yet to record the statement of MP Duminda Silva the Director General of Media Centre of National Security Lakshman Hulugalle has been quoted as saying that the MP was not a suspect in the case.
“We believe that there is a coverup in this investigations’, he claimed.
He said they were unhappy that the President had not spoken to the family members about any investigations.
Mr Premachandra’s sister S.Gunaratna was also present.
