there is a page in google where u can complain to them if ur account has been hacked and they will ask some questions to prove ur identity and if possible(90%) they will get ur accunt back to u.

if other accounts, find the support email address of dat service provider and then send them a email asking them to deactivate ur account. put some details on da email so as to prove ur identity!!
