want some help from you guys , ideas and any experience

we are a married couple and tried conceiving for few years , almost tried all options, issue is with my sperms
thinking of getting a sperm donation

due to social pressure wife is depressed without a baby and want to get done some how

anyone given / got sperm donation in sri lanka , or got a friend to help out (u know what i mean) secretly

will it bring issues later

me and wife are ok as long as its a secret between us


please help getting in to depression day by day
