Big prob about LED bulbs :D

I'm on a case MOD and need to step down the 12v power coming from the Power Supply to 1.5v (for 12 LED Bulbs) so i need to knw what Resister i need to step it down.

Plz help me out

Connect the bulbs on Serial bro then it should work, no need for resistors
1.5*12=18v

where v is voltage I is currunt r is resistance........

connect 8 LED's in serial i mean 1 after other so you get 1.5 x 8 = 12
if you need to put exactly 12 then 8 in serial and 4 in serial with a resister parallel to the 8
