Never..A girl never can have a Boy as a Best Friend..Same theory for Boys too..If though the Friendship would last only short time..either they became Lovers or they wouldnt have a thing called "Best Friendship" among them..Cz when the boy fallen in love with another gal..when the girl falling in love with another boy..They may have their own world with their mate...

Things will ok. If both have girl friend or boy friend.
In my experiences, I had girl She always said she is my best friend. But my other friends did not let us stay together. Every time they asked for party. Then she asked it from her mother. Then anti asked to stop all connections with me. From that I still suffer from 15 months. After becoming very close, we can not find substitutions. So play careful with hearts. They are highly fragile.
