well yeah. he is a different kind of guy. if u c dat vdo u can c dat every employee of his dat has been vdo'd says good abt him. one goes on to say dat he was a programmer for a software dat was made for da MAC and after two months they found a vulnerable bug and bill had immediately called him and his other programmers. all of them were sure b 4 da meeting dat they were going to be unemployeed in another few mins/hrs time but wat they got is totally different. they were told by bill dat "k u have made a loss of a large sum but then u guys better learn from u mistakes k. never do sumthing lyk dat again and told them to go back t their work". da guy who was interviwed was even appointed as a senior VP of MS later. da guy says dat it was a incident dat he will never frget!
