In the student manual of "Introduction to Information Systems", it has said that the efficiency can be range from 0 to 100 percent. It's ok. But the problem I'm having is, why it has told just for the efficiency. Doesn't it valid to the effectiveness?. The lesson has given a percentage answer for the example of the effectiveness.
