I don't really think this will work though.

The download speed is dependent on the overall swarm speed. Consequently, the swarm speed is dependent on the number of seeds and peers.

It means that you couldn't just use a software to increase your download speed. A BitTorrent network speed is dependent on the number of "people" in that particular network.

The ratio of seeds to peers is also a big factor in the overall swarm speed. Also, the average completion of each peer connected to the network affects the overall speed of that specific network. The tracker can also affect the swarm speed.
