    If that is the case you can use Python Scripting in Abaqus to create those odd shapes and patterns. There is another method in Abaqus to do the same which I can't remember its name.

    My advice to you is do not use something like Blender in Finite element or Fluid dynamics. Use proper FEA and CFD software.
    make this grammatically correct;
    I've hear about python scripting. But don't have idea about that. wow..! you know your stuff neh. Are you design engineer or something?

    PS: Yeah, actually, the model we are trying to run is human tissue. Due to the irregular shape of the tissue, we encounter a lot of errors in meshing. As you mentioned, the issue might arise from our attempts to model it in Blender. Can I contact you?

    The channel I sent you has some content about Python Scripting in Abaqus as well.

    Is it necessary to model the entire tissue? If it is about predicting physical properties or something like that you can model just a unit cell. But you won't be able to predict forces on the tissue using a unit cell. So what is exactly your analysis or research?

    Actually, we are analyzing the entire breast of a woman. We need to consider forces such as static loads like gravity, as well as dynamic loads that occur when the woman is running, etc. I'd better look into a Python scripting. Thanks, bruh. It means a lot! By the way, are you a design engineer?

    Someone like that. I am also involved in academia as well.

    Your topic blows my mind. I think it is much easier to analyze a Formula 1 car than that breast thingy.

    Yeah, bro. This whole breast thing is really depressing me. We constantly encounter errors when meshing, and it's extremely difficult to run an analysis without encountering errors. Even though there are a lot of videos dedicated to regular shapes like beams and joints in Abaqus, there are very few tutorials for biomechanical models like this. I'm currently fed up with this Finite Element thing. Meanwhile, we have to study breast anatomy and other stuff to get an idea about the mechanical properties of tissues inside women's breasts. I was very passionate about Finite Element analysis at first, but the extensive complexity of my research makes me feel like a completely wasted person.

    Which field are you in mechanical engineering or something else?

    Don't get this wrong. You have to be a genius or an idiot to choose Biomedical or something like that for your Undergraduate Research if you are a Civil Engineering Undergraduate.
    It's not like that. There are a lot of Biomedical engineers out there who have done their BSc in Civil engineering. Because I strongly believe materials are one of the core aspects of civil engineering which really helps in biomedical engineering to conduct different kinds of tests and other activities. Additionally, Finite Element Analysis is taught to civil engineering students. All the skyscrapers you see every day are analyzed by structural engineers. In theory, we learned Finite Element Analysis from the very basics to advanced and grasped the core concepts. Up until now, we have run some simulations and obtained good results. However, as the model becomes more complex, we encounter many difficulties in meshing. This is because we are not very familiar with these types of complex models. It's not just about our basic knowledge.

    I said it as a rhetorical question/statement. From your answer, I can clearly understand that you belong to the first group I mentioned. So do it properly. Those types of research are like gold mines. If you do it properly you can publish a journal paper in a index journal and will be able to obtain a full scholarship for a PhD. It is that serious.
