The only issue is the one already reported in the report itself. Iron deficiency anaemia.
What prompted you to do a blood test on a 3 month old baby? A baby at this age relies on the iron content already stored (while in the uterus) and what's received from breast milk. So if breast fed, this deficiency could be from the mother. There can be other reasons too.
Was the baby premature? What was the birth weight? Is the mother a vegetarian? The case
history matters to further assess the condition. You cannot just say things by looking at a blood report. That only helps one to identify a condition.
There are specific Iron tests that are available if that needs to be done. So the advice is that you seek proper medical help. The doctor will assess and possibly advise on iron fortified milk to supplement breast milk and reassess after a couple of months. Whatever the case may be, take the correct pathway to resolve it. Don't try home remedies or quack advice with babies.
