    all u need is a couple o free weights.. (1 curly bar, one 3.5 straight bar n some weight dics) n alot o dedication..!!

    n it's al bout wot u eat.. n how u eat it..!!

    Also , you must maintain a schedule. Otherwise you'll end loosing weight, not gaining or simply getting fat.

    machine ekak nan....probably a total gym or a bowflex......weights ganna wanan get the whole package....dumbells the bench to do bench press n stuff.

    Without the bench, how are you going to do bench presses ? build the Calf and thighs ? Do leg curls ?
