Child injured after a bomb exploded in School bag
A special investigation has been launched in to the incident where a school girl was injured when a Hakka-Patas, a type of bomb that was in her school bag had exploded.
The child who had tried to pack her bag by outing her bottle of water in to it had found a device and when she had tried to throw it away it had exploded.
Police Media Spokesperson ASP Ruwan Gunasekara stated that the child is receiving treatment at the Mawanella Hospital.
