Before you guys make claims of Corona destroying the world, check the trends here:
    https://gisanddata.maps.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6

Check the graph for total confirmed cases - the curve has declined meaning the new infection rate has somewhat dropped. At least it is not increasing.

The total recovered number is increasing faster than the total deaths number. Total cured has now surpassed the total deaths for the first time.

As for conspiracy theories about China hiding the number of deaths and the deaths should be in the thousands by now, no one outside China has died so far, another fact that verifies the viruses low fatality rate.

That exactly matches with what I posted a bit earlier....

< "304 people have died so far from the Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as of February 2, 2020, 00:05 GMT.
There are currently 14,551 confirmed cases in 27 countries. All deaths have occurred in China." >

I am not trying to scare anyone. In fact I wrote earlier that there were 92,000 deaths last year in China with the winter flu. In the US it was 82,000 for 2017-2018.

The only worry that anyone has it whether to believe what China reports as factual. Previous records show that they are big liars.

Philippines announces death of man, 44, from coronavirus

The Philippines reported its first Wuhan coronavirus fatality on Sunday.

The victim -- who died Saturday -- was a 44-year-Chinese man who flew in from Wuhan in January.

It's the first confirmed Wuhan coronavirus death from outside of mainland China, and brings the total toll to 305.

He was the partner of a 38-year-old Chinese woman who was travelling with him. She was the first confirmed case reported in the Philippines.

Both patients were being treated in isolation units at a Manila hospital.

Acting Secretary of Health Francisco Duque said authorities are working with the Chinese embassy to respectfully handle the remains of the man while following international protocol to contain the disease.
