Bringing money into Sri Lanka

1. How much money can a FOREIGNER bring in to Sri Lanka without declaring?
2. Do they have to pay a tax if they bring in more than the max non-declared amount?

Off the top of my head any amount over USD 15K has to be declared... But no restrictions to bring it in
