So you mean even though customer buy dedicated VPS or shared server and put their own password.. web host provider like peekhosting will keep checking customer data's and processing application without caring customer privacy and secret isn't ??

No need to check anything. Firewall and there are lot of activity monitoring system to check whats going on the servers and server will be suspend automatically by them. No need human attentions.
