Buddhist and Catholic issue at Moratuwa

In 2002, The Rawatawatte Catholic church situated a Mother Mary statue at the side of the Thudwanmulla Road (Kuduwanmulla Road). Several Buddhist Monks started a fast in-front objecting it. Soon after this statue was removed!

On 13th of August 2011, A Buddha statue as been situated at the same location despite opposing country law and forgetting this former issue.

Its not something fair and I as a Catholic condemn this type of rude Behavior.

Police? what does the police do? They were there this morning! ministers are involved in this!! Police cannot do a thing.. prove me wrong if you can.
