BA කෙනෙක් වෙන්න අඩුගානෙ බාබොක් BABOK එක කියවලවත් ඉන්න ඕනෙ. ඊට පස්සෙ certifications (IIBA, CBAP... ) තියෙනව කරන්න.

PM කෙනෙක් ඉගෙනගන්න දේවල් දන්නව ඇතිනෙ.

Salaries depend on qualifications, experience and how you negotiate at interviews. IMHO PMs have a higher chance of survival.

mmmm... okay i am assuming you are not trolling. BA's Duty is to get the business requirement from client. Usually involved in first stages of a project . PM is the head of a project and he is the one who responsible for from project start to deployment. BA is not involved in client handling . usually its PM and/or architect who handle the client .
