Bypass Firwalls & Proxy's- Help

Is there any method availabe to bypass proxy server's when there's restrcitions availabe for accessing NET?
Also if firwalls like CISCO can be bypass or not?

If any one knows please let know

bribe the network admin. That's about the only way to get access if your network is blocked.

If you're network is behind a firewall then the network admin has full control over who has access and who doesnt. If the network admin knows what he's doing set up the firewall good, there's no way to bypass it.
So your best bet is to be on the network admin's good graces. Else if you can make a case where your work depends on unrestricted web access, then you can gather facts and present your case but after that, be ready to have a fight every day with the network admins.
