26 A is barely enough on a good PSU . But you cant trust these chinese PSU's. They are crap It might be able to run a 9800GT if youre lucky
What is the efficiency rating?
My Amacrox PSU has 35A on 2 12A rails and has a efficiency rating of more than 85% ( ask fallenzeraphine, we both have the same psu )
