On realistic note not for a very long time. Even if we take all the right measures it will take at least 10-15 years to start recovering. But we will never go back to pre 2019 levels. When an economy is done, it's done. Even bigger economies like US never recovered from their major crashes.

if we start today it will take 10-15 years and most probably most of current elakirians will be senior citizensby that time. hard truth.
