Can we report offensive threads to the government?

I have seen that there are pretty offensive threads being created by some people who has 5-10 red squares under their names. Most are to insult buddhists and the Buddhism.

Are we supposed to get insulted like this? WHY? Is this country a place where anyone can suddenly jump into the middle and insult us and leave at any time?

Can't we report those threads in Ealakiri or any other websites to the government and ask them to take an action?

Guys, lets discuss and put and end to this misery.
