When Mr.brown returns from the toilet he said that he saw that the man was lying in the floor & he tells that he immediately came down stairs and called the police. he sures that he didn't touch anything in the room.but when mr.brown arrives their he saw that the TV is switched off. So if Mr.brown didn't touch anything in the room, then how TV get switched off. So Mr.brown is the murder.</blockquote>
