thanks. its form the top of Jethawana stupa. taken 10 years back when i was at Anuradhapura doing my first job. now, no one can reach there since all the restoration to the stupa has completed. that time, there was a lift to go up to hataras kotuwa, and a tunnel to climb up to pinnacle. i think now the tunnel is also closed. i recently visit anuradhapura, and they told me that the tunnel is permenently closed. tunnel has been done by H.C.P.Bell in early restoration in early 19th centuary.
