cannot access to elakiri from UOM

I cannot access to elakiri.com through University of Moratuwa proxy server (192.248.8.100). Network admin blocked the IP or domain name of elakiri.com. (But I don't know the reason for it) And cannot use the anonymouse.org to log to elakiri.com because of authentication problem.
So if you know any other solution to logging and download files from elakiri.com plZ tell me.
(Anyone know the IP address of elakiri.com ?)

Is the ElaKiri IP/Site address is banned from UOM ?
Or is it a Virus attack, blocking random IPs..
Yesterday we had a 404 forbidden problem due to some maintenance on the server..
If u can try da Opera browser coz Im currently experiencing logging-in problems with Internet Explorer (I dnt thnk thatz a common situation-Well, jst told u )

Admins or Our techie members will know for sure ... I dnt have much idea about it ...
