I am unable to play videos on some sites. Is anyone facing the same issue?? I am able to view youtube videos. But i am unable to view videos on the following site.

I am using SLT. I am able to load the video without an issue from my phone. I think it is something to do with my laptop. I am using windows 8.1.
Is anyone here facing the same issue?? Please let me know if any of you know the reason for the issue i am facing.
