Can't press multiple key at once

Since i replaced my old keyboard with genius luxemate keyboard, i can't press 2 keys at once when playing games. A friend of mine said that is a driver problem and something needs to be done in the windows registry.

Does anyone know how? This is the keyboard...

i am not running a testing lab for keyboards...to change one after the other
