If you can not see sinhala letters on computer,or if you see squares(kotu)or question marks(?????)then that means you have got no Sinhala unicodes installed on your PC.
just look below to check whether you have sinhala or not.

Can you see the above set of words in sinhala letters saying "elakiri" or not?
If you can't you will have to get it from the following web url.

then you will find at the top of the web page "GET SINHALA" . just click there and you will be asked for your operating system. Click yours and I think you can manage the other steps. And if you have any problems please ask me.
