What is the difference between CCNA exploration and CCNA discovery?

Practically both of them represent the same course.
Earlier you could do CCNA Discovery first and then do CCNA exploration after. But now you can do CCNA Exploration from the beginning. You do not need any basic knowledge in Networking to do it. Cisco call this course as "Network Fundamentals".

I think you saw these two names in the SLIIT web site, now they only offer CCNA Exploration, so no confusion !!

CCNA Discovery and CCNA Exploration are designed to meet the diverse needs of different types of students by using different methodologies to teach the same core concepts. The curricula target different student segments based on academic experience, skills, and goals, and accommodate a variety of educational approaches and learning styles to help all students succeed
