Practically both of them represent the same course.
Earlier you could do CCNA Discovery first and then do CCNA exploration after. But now you can do CCNA Exploration from the beginning. You do not need any basic knowledge in Networking to do it. Cisco call this course as "Network Fundamentals".

I think you saw these two names in the SLIIT web site, now they only offer CCNA Exploration, so no confusion !!
