What happens? Blurry images or the white spots? During the night the IR turns on. You can have problems due to a poor power supply to the camera which affects the performance. White artifacts are due to reflected IR back to the camera etc.
The description "wada karan na" - doesn't mean much at all.

lets say about 6.30 p.m when sunlight is getting low.. Camera IR is turned on to RED but the vision is getting black
nothing is visible just black on monitor. But when with the sunrise.. camera is working fine.
I tried switch on a torch and pointed towards camer lens at night.. Then vision is enabled.. when torch is swtched off again vision is black

Yes it worked brfore.. i cant find lux rating
PAL 1/2.9'' FHD CMOS, 1080P, 2.0MP

Then it's a problem with the camera. Check the power supply anyway. The other option is try resetting the camera.
