It maybe using widows encryption method.. But If it cant be copied to one computer's hard, then it cant be opened either

Files can be passworded,
But cant be locked..

coz locking is a bit advance proceduer which has to dealt with the structure of da system files and if you wanna the file to be opened in the other computer not to be copied, it cant be done..

Even if you do, the other computer needs the unlocking software to open the file and when it is opened, it can be copied too coz to open a file, it must be able to copy itself to temperory folders or to the pagefile.. If it cant, the file wont get opened

or to lock them using specific softwares.. [folder lock etc;]
