100 MW ground mount solar project in Siyambalanduwa

මෙගාවොට් 100 ක බිම්ගත සූර්ය පැනල විදුලිබලය උත්පාදන ව්යාපෘතියේ විදුලිය මිලදීගැනීමේ ගිවිසුමට ලංකා විදුලිබල මණ්ඩලය සහ රිවිදනවි පෞද්ගලික සමාගම අද (8) අස්සන් තැබීය.
මෙම ව්යාපෘතිය සඳහා 2022 වසරේ සැප්තැම්බර් මස දැන්වීම පළ කර 2023 වසරේ යෝජනාව ඇගයීමට ලක්ව අඩුම සහ සාර්ථකම යෝජනාවට ව්යාපෘතිය ප්රදානය කළ බවත් එම ව්යාපෘතියෙන් උත්පාදනය කරන විදුලිය විදුලිබල මණ්ඩලයට සැපයීමට කිලෝමීටර් 27.5 ක සම්ප්රේෂණ මාර්ගය ද රිවිදනවි සමාගම ඉදිකළ බවත් විදුලිබල හා බලශක්ති අමාත්ය කංචන විජේසේකර මහතා පැවසීය.
රිවිදනවි සමාගම, ලක්දනවි සහ වින්ෆෝර්ස් සහ සිංගප්පූරුවේ ද බ්ලූ සර්කල් සමාගම යන සමාගම් තුනේ ඒකාබද්ධ සමාගමක් බවත් මෙම ව්යාපෘතියට එම සමාගම ඩොලර් මිලියන 132 ක් ආයෝජන කරන බවත් අමාත්යවරයා කීය.

ECONOMYNEXT – The state-owned Ceylon Electricity Board has signed a power purchase agreement with Rividhanavi (Pvt) Ltd for a 100 MW ground mount solar project in Siyambalanduwa today (8).
“Power purchase agreement for the 100 MW Ground Mount Solar project in Siyambalanduwa was signed by Rividhanavi (Pvt) Ltd with CEB today,” Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekera said on social media platform X (twitter).
“The project was advertised by the CEB in September 2022, evaluated in 2023 and was awarded to the lowest and successful bidder at the end of 2023.”
“Investment is expected to be USD 132 Million.”
Wijesekera said Rividhanavi will also build the transmission line of 27.5 km for the project and transfer to the CEB.
Rividhanavi (Pvt) Ltd is a consortium of shareholders, Lakdhanavi Ltd, Windforce PLC and The Blue Circle PTE Ltd of Singapore. (Colombo/Feb8/2024)
