It is the responsibility of all citizens to pay their gratitude and honour the war heroes who ended the terrorist war so that the people could live without fear.

The Victory Day celebration which was scheduled to be staged at Galle Face Colombo on Thursday has been postponed owing to the inclement weather conditions, Director General of the Media Center for National Security Lakshman Hullugalle said.
