Yes. Those are the non-technical reasons. So better forget about it and try for another. Plenty of successful people have had to face many company interviews to get a plum job. It seems you are well qualified, so no need to worry.
But remember, many people could pass technical interviews, but the final one is most crucial (because if it wasn't, there won't be a 'final interview'). In that, the CEO, knowing that you have passed all prelim interviews will try to dig out the 'real' you. He might rely on his instincts, gut feeling about you to determine whether you're suitable. There are different aspects. So be confident, and like someone here said, much depends on how you sell yourself.
