Windows Administrative user have the right to change the password of another without knowing the current password. There are various methods to change the password but the following method doesn’t require any software or anything.
1.In the Start menu search for “administrative tools” or find Administrative tools from “Control panel”.

2. In Administrative tools double-click and open “Computer management“.

3. In computer management windows double-click “System tools“. Then double-click “local users and groups“.
4. Open “Users”. In users select a user whom you want to change the password and right-click on that user and select “set password”.
5. Continue by clicking “Proceed” and enter your new password.

Drawback: Only limitation of this method is that your current account should have Administrative privileges.
Local Users and Groups is only available in the Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate, and Enterpise editions.
Local Users and Groups is not available in the Windows 7 Starter, Home Basic, and Home Premium editions.
