One doubt

In our office one staff going to join

He is very poor in English even tenses are wrong

But he is telling he is a charted accountant

My doubt is

Can pass charted accountancy without proper English knowledge??

I doubt it...Im also doing it atm..but saying that There's tons of asians in me class but they have good understanding and good analytical skills but very limited english

You can check in the member's directory. According to what you have mentioned, probably he's not. There is good pay for CA s in Sri Lanka
