6200? It will be just like your 7300LE, but cheaper. Any 6600 models (including 6600LE which is available for about Rs.8000) will be faster than 7300LE.

ASUS, Gigabyte, XFX, Sapphire (ATI only) should be better than MSI no matter what.

I think the embed cheap ram types, lyk slow ones, in em. And poor build qulity ....etc

Mainly it's the build quality. They don't research much and try to eliminate the places where the bottlenecks are. This will slow down them.
