Check Engine Light

First I am very new to Automobiles and I am having an issue (I WOULD SAY may be an issue actually), Before engine starts, (at the possession '3' i.e. engine starts to get heat up and all ) this check engine light comes 'on'
After engine starts it's gone? what does it means? Any issue with my engine?

I have seen in previous , you own FB15 so am I and this is my 1st vehicle. So I don't know much about these indicators. That's why I asked.
