Chrome not opening :(

I formatted my pc and installed win 10 again, after installed chrome but it wont open :/ i tried many things. Any ideas?

Did, reinstalled 3 times. restarted each time

i hate Firefox and IE. both are laggy as hell :/ anyone know how to fix this problem?
