Cinec or Auston?

Guys i'm going to follow this course Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Electronics and Communications Engineering...
i did GCE A/L's in science and got a "s" for physics
i think doing agian alz is bit difficult and annoying....
i had 9A's in o/l's...so i'm gonna do a foundation course if thats necessary
please guys share your ideas about CINEC and AUSTON institute
i mean what is the best out there campus to follow this course?
and
should i do a software engineering course like BEng(Hons) in Software Engineering(IIT) or electronics engeering?

if your parents has enough money ,try 2 go Aus: for doing a eng: degree in Monah uni:. it is the world reconzine uni:. i dnt know above institutes...dnt get a risk for your life..if u could do Als again , it `ll be helped for your future..
